How can I access Unity Sexual Health services?

I don’t have symptoms

If you do not have any symptoms and simply wish to have a check-up or tests for infection, you can request a home test-kit via the “order a testing kit” button at the bottom of every page on this website. After answering a few questions and providing your details, the kit will be posted out to the address you give. The kit contains instructions explaining how you take your samples at home and then you post this back to us in a pre-paid envelope.

I have symptoms or want to speak to a doctor, nurse or health adviser

If you have symptoms or wish to speak with a doctor, nurse or health adviser, there are 3 ways that you can be seen at Unity Central Health Clinic. Please note these options only apply to Unity sexual health services at Central Health Clinic

Select the options below for more information:

  • Walk-in

Attend Central Health Clinic in person any day excluding Sunday to receive a half hour time slot to be seen that day. The available slots start 30 mins after the advertised opening time for that day.

    Doors Open
    Monday, Wednesday: 07:30am till 7:00pm
    Tuesday & Thursday: 08:30am till 5:00pm
    Friday: 07:30am till 1:00pm
    Saturday: 08:45 till 12:00pm

These sessions are very busy and if all slots are filled you may not be able to be seen that day. Note at times of high demand all the slots may be filled within half an hour of opening meaning you will have to come back on another day.  Please be aware that on Wednesday walk in sessions are in the morning and evening only. They are not available on a Wednesday afternoon.
